On Saturday, April 8, the UVA Dance Club performed "Latinoamérica," coordinated by Amelia García, as part of her thesis for the Latin American Studies major. Amelia worked with professors Charlotte Rogers (SIP) and Katie Schetlick (Drama).
We hope you will join us at the Distinguished Majors Symposium on Wednesday (Apr 12) at 5:00PM in New Cabell 485.

The symposium will feature presentations by our distinguished majors in the Italian Studies program (Francesca Trombetta) and Spanish program (Victoria Thomas and Mitchell Wellman).

On Friday, April 7th, the http://csdk.shanti.virginia.edu/ will be hosting a Page-Barbour conference featuring Matt Jockers, Professor of English at the University of Nebraska and Director of the Nebraska Literary Lab. Jockers is former Director of the Stanford Literary Lab and is well known for his work on computational text analysis.
