I am from Albacete (Spain) and I received my B.A. in English philology from the University of Murcia (2012) I hold a master’s degree in TESOL and Spanish from West Virginia University (2014).

After I finished my B.A. I moved to Morgantown (WV) to continue my studies and to teach Spanish. During my two years as a teaching assistant at WVU, I taught Elementary Spanish I and Intensive Intermediate Spanish. Thanks to this experience I developed a passion for teaching Spanish to second language learners.

I am an active member of the Spanish Honor Society, Sigma Delta Pi, and I really enjoy promoting the Hispanic culture and language outside and inside of the classroom.

In my free time I love to travel and spend time with my family and friends.

This semester I am teaching 3 sections of SPAN 1060 at UVA.
